No. Basic, Pro and Advanced are all fully standalone — no ERP licence, no desktop software, nothing else to buy. Full Companion is the only plan that links to AurumOne ERP.
They're depths of the My Stock module — Basic covers add/edit/remove/update with core fields; Pro adds bulk import, purity/hallmark fields and single-item tag printing; Advanced adds batch printing, CSV export and low-stock alerts. Full breakdown on the pricing page.
No, on any plan, including Full Companion. My Stock can change a status to Sold to keep your count honest — it never captures a price, records a payment, or generates an invoice. A real sale always happens in the AurumOne ERP.
No — Aurum Catalog is billed as a recurring subscription, monthly or yearly, on every plan. Annual billing carries a discount over paying monthly.
Message us any time — Basic to Pro to Advanced, or into Full Companion once you have AurumOne ERP Silver+. Nothing you've already entered in My Stock is lost moving between depths.
Nothing is deleted. If a Full Companion subscription's linked ERP licence lapses, existing Shop Inventory, Repair and Sold History records become read-only — still there, just not editable until renewed.
