Additional devices beyond the included count are a paid add-on, the same mechanic as AurumOne ERP's own extra-device line item. If a Full Companion subscription's linked AurumOne ERP licence lapses, existing Shop Inventory/Repair/Sold History records become read-only — nothing is deleted.

One rule, every depth, every plan

My Stock can mark an item Sold. It can never sell one.

No price capture, no payment recording, no invoice, no GST calculation, no receipt — status change only, on Basic, Pro, Advanced, and Full Companion alike. A real sale always happens in the AurumOne ERP (or is noted for the owner to enter there). "Sold" on the phone is a bookkeeping convenience — a way to keep your stock count honest — never a transaction.

This is deliberate, not a limitation we plan to lift later: Aurum Catalog stays a showroom and stock-register companion, and the AurumOne ERP stays the one place billing ever happens.
